This 264 unit condominium tower proved challenging, constructing two new towers interconnected with the existing 91-unit tower converted from a dated hotel facility. One hundred seventy-three units are dispersed in the two new towers with a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom units. The existing lobby was expanded and updated along with an extension of an expansive porte-cochere linking the three towers together. With a vibrant color scheme complimenting the first phase tower, along with a 30,000 square foot indoor water park and a large oceanfront pool, lazy river and sun deck area, this facility proves to be an alluring resort captivating to passersby.
