PMH in collaboration with Architectural Design Group was engaged to assist the county in determining square footage needs for a potential facility to house Emergency Management and Emergency Operations, along with all critical services of the county. The facility is intended to be a nucleus for information sharing and a source of collaboration of all agencies in Horry County and surrounding areas, in response to disaster events.
