Horry County State Bank - Operations Center
This 41,000 SF facility serving as headquarters for the company, houses Administrative Departments, including CEO Office Suite, and Boardroom. The building was designed with limited public access to all spaces from one secured entry point. Large office spaces were incorporated with workstations for individual work areas to minimize cost and to allow optimum flexibility for operational needs. The building was designed to include signature architectural elements consistent with the Horry County State Bank’s other facilities, brick veneer with stucco accents and a columned entry facade.
