HORRY COUNTY FIRE STATION - PROTOTYPE
PMH designed a prototype fire station to facilitate fire and rescue apparatus and service personnel, allowing the County an outstretched arm, better serving its patrons through-out the county. The initial phase included stations in the South Strand, Forestbrook, Carolina Forest and Lake Arrowhead areas. Since the initiation of the construction program PMH has site adapted over 10 facilities from the prototype. The design incorporates flexibility for varying number of apparatus bays, the addition of a Police COPE Office or training/Community Room. The following photographs represent a portion of the facilities constructed.
