The 7,300 square foot Administration building is a pre-engineered metal structure with a shingle roof, brick/split-face cmu veneer and aluminum storefront windows.
The entry is flanked by E.I.F.S. columns and pediment.
The Maintenance Shop and Truck Shed are pre-engineered structures with standing seam metal roof and wall panels.
The Shop Entrance is accented with a brick façade complimenting the Administration Building
The building structure required careful consideration for adequate clearance for intended vehicle maintenance.
HORRY COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS
PMH, in a Design/Build venture with M.B. Kahn Construction Company, Inc.,created a Main Public Works Operations Center and three Satellite Facilities for Horry County, including assisting in site selection. The main complex consists of Administrative office building for Engineering/Public Works, a vehicular maintenance shop and a truck shed with enclosed equipment and storage areas.
