SANTEE COOPER INDUSTRIAL SPECULATIVE BUILDING AT LORIS COMMERCE CENTER
This building, designed through a design build approach, was the solution to initiating a progressive development in the Loris Commerce Center, a commercial business park located in the township of Loris. This 25,000 SF building was built as a speculative center with the ability to expand on three sides, totaling 100,000 SF. The structure is steel framed with precast concrete wall panels and built-up roofing.
