The design of this facility was the resolution of Chesterfield County’s pursuit to attract commercial businesses in the county area, but with an affordable approach. Multiple design solutions were produced allowing the county to choose their intended direction based on the market value versus actual cost. The building is to be constructed with a steel frame and precast concrete wall panels, with a single sloped roof.
