The new building was sited adjacent to the existing airport terminal to provide better and more expedient services to the complex.
The exterior of the building was designed to complement features in the neighboring terminal building with clean, simple patterns, textures and massing.

AIRCRAFT RESCUE & FIREFIGHTING FACILITY (ARFF)
Teamed with M.B. Kahn Construction, PMH in collaboration with Leo A Daly was commissioned to design a new fire and rescue facility, replacing the existing, housed in a dated Air Force building.
The building was designed to enable quick response to fire / rescue calls while maintaining a livable, inviting environment for its service men and staff. FAA standards were implemented in the lay-out of the building to enable fundability of all elements of the facility and to allow optimum response time to calls, both to the Airport terminal and to the air field.
