This building is the result of an economic stimulus effort by Newberry County in conjunction with the local power company to promote business in the area. The site is in a high profile area with visibility from Interstate 26 and adjacent to local businesses. The structure is steel framed with Pre-Cast concrete panels.

The lay-out is designed to offer flexibility for perspective tenants, with an open plan, intentionally placed loading dock, for current need and future growth. Proper site planning accommodates the initial construction of 50,000 sf with future expansion up to 150,000 sf.
