The entry lobby is adorned with a vaulted ceiling and clerestory leading to a rock climbing wall.
Gymnasium with elevated walking track and other Interior spaces were designed to maximize daylight usage.
NORTH STRAND RECREATION CENTER
The North Strand Center is an expanded adaptation of the County’s prototype recreation center design with large multi-purpose/activity spaces and a gymnasium space with a 300-seating capacity. This design was intended to be inviting and a focal point to the existing recreation park where it presides.
