This office building housing Professional Drive Associates, a partnership of four companies including Pike-McFarland-Hall Associates, is located at 1300 Professional Drive, a progressive office development. The facility is a compilation of four executive office suites adjoined by a common lobby, break areas and stairs.
The building is a two-story wood framed structure with pitched shingle roof. The structure proportionately moulds itself into the surrounding complexity of traditional style buildings yet expresses an eclectic, metropolitan image with the use of a two-story custom curtain wall system and an exposed metal truss architrave highlighting the main entry. .
