This residential clubhouse is nestled on a peninsula with a lakeside pool and neighboring tennis courts. The building conveys a low country appeal with a wrap-around colonnaded porch, horizontal siding and metal roof, capped with a decorative cupola. Within the building is a 50-person multi-purpose gathering space with views overlooking the pool deck and lake.
