This clubhouse serves as amenity facility for the “higher-end” residential community at Sunset Harbour. Within this 2,500 SF structure is a 40 seat multi-purpose gathering room with an adjoining catering kitchen and activity room. A sweeping covered veranda with waterway view overlooks the outdoor pool deck and hot tub.  The building is elevated on pilings offering a prominent appearance and a low country appeal topped with an arched cupola along with large colonial columns and grand entrance stair.
