THE HORIZON
The design of this 143 condominium unit project was the inventive result of challenging site restraints including a magnificent landmark live oak tree resting in the center of the property, which became the nucleus of the design, radiating from its center. The orientation of the building was thoughtfully placed to take advantage of views over the established residential community
torward to the ocean. All spaces were designed as an “upscale” second home community with careful attention to detail.
