THE VERANDAS
This nine story condominium tower was sited to maximize use of the property with units ranging from one, two, three and four bedrooms. The structure portrays a Caribbean style façade, scaled to be sensitive to the pedestrian streetscape. A comfortable ocean front setting with fourth floor units above parking, partially projecting over pool deck and outdoor areas, creates an "on the beach atmosphere".
