This design was the resolution to optimizing the use of the owner’s property while creating an element which is complimenting to neighboring properties. The project was intended to target a luxury lifestyle, with a mixture of 4,500 square foot town home units, with roof top terraces, private swimming pools and secure parking. The buildings were sited to maximize views to the ocean and surrounding amenities.
A twenty story high rise condominium tower with oceanfront amenities and third row parking deck. The design centered upon over 200 compact, one and two bedroom units, targeting the transient clientele of the area.
This complex included two towers providing 374 one, two, and three bedroom condominium units, modeling a Polynesian adventure, with numerous onsite amenities, to provide a complete package for the prospective patrons. The buildings were designed with a vibrant color palette and special features, complimenting the theme, including a swim-up bar and waterfall.
Located on the commercial fringe of a residential district, this five story condominium structure includes fifty two large two and three bedroom luxury units overlooking an adjacent high-end town house development. The building provides views to onsite amenities and to the ocean.
